About the Artist

Angela Beaman (AKA Venkman Blues, Silverfox R)

I am a freelance cartoonist/Illustrator - /Female/ living in Townsville - Far North Queensland - Australia - i have been practising drawing since
i was 7 years old ( and also went to a art collage) i also do paintings and have had my first painting exhibition in 1998 at the perc tucker regional gallery
my first love however is drawing my style has been influced mainly by Manga and Anime shows (japanese animation) and Disney stuff as well.
I have done several smaller projects in the past mainly on fan-based stuff .

"Furfire" is my first proper comic series - which i both write and draw! which is based on a project that i started in TAFE in 1992
that was meant to became an cartoon series - it continues on from where the original story left off - One day i hope to make 'Furfire' into
a proper animated tv series that's my dream ^_^ i got the nickname 'Venkman Blues' cause of my foundness of the Movies 'Ghostbusters' and 'Blues Brothers'

Deep Forest - My Favorite Musical Group is Deep Forest (Forrest Dreams Studio was named after them)
My FurryArtist persona Silverfox R (R stands for Relahstar) stared on Furcadia which i no longer play

My Dad ^_^ (Furfire is dedicated to his memory) he passed away from Lukemenia in 1995
(Mom passed away 5 months later on from Alttuide Sickness in Nepal where she was visting) he was the one,
who told me to draw humans - now i can do both i am just sorry they never well get to see the comic
so its dedicated to them ^_^
